MAPS Integrated Wellness

Spent over $1000 that I can’t really afford, and then I had to do a payment plan for TMS therapy that’s supposed to help depression with anxiety, and it didn’t work at all!!! I feel like it was a total waste of the little money I receive from SSDI. Also, Was supposed to have a virtual appointment with my psychiatrist tonight and he never showed knowing how much pain I’m in and how much I’m still suffering with severe depression! I will say that the staff in general are very kind and helpful folks! I just felt like I didn’t get as much help as I expected according to what they explained to me.

Called this place several weeks ago to try and schedule an appointment for couples therapy. Was told that they unfortunately had no therapist available during the times we were available, but that they could add us to a "wait list" to get a call back in case a time (or therapist) became available. Fair enough. Received a text message from Andrew stating they might have someone available. Called the office, unfortunately, our schedules didn't coincide. Not any ones fault. Received another text a few days later, this time from Carin, saying they might have someone. Called the office, apparently, Carin was no longer there, almost less then 48 hrs, she was gone. Spoke with an older lady, still nothing available. Received yet ANOTHER text from Andrew (a few days later) saying they had someone, AGAIN. Called the office, no answer. Left a message, no return call. Received ANOTHER text from Andrew, a few days after that, saying they might have someone. Called the office, spoke with what sounded like a young man (perhaps Andrew?), has no idea about the text or anything. Just randomly sending text messages, i guess? Didn't even give me therapist info. If you're looking for REAL help, don't go here. Thankfully, my circumstances are not of immediate attention. I cannot imagine going through a mental crisis and dealing with an office like this. They have no idea what's going on. I asked the young man to take me off the waitlist and if I could speak with the office manager. He said she (i believe her name was Beth, I could be wrong) would call me back. A week later, nothing.

My personal experiences revealed that MAPS prioritizes money and marketing of a patient wellness and healthcare. The company impregnates aggressive marketing tactics and telemetry gathering loopholes in pretty much all of its paperwork to circumnavigate patient privacy for the sake of MAPS benefit. To top it off, despite the paperwork also claiming if I did not consent to the terms that they would help find some other location to provide services was also not followed. I personally do not trust a company that cannot be held to its own standards it itself lays out.
