Wasted weeks of my time. Had me send my property information over. Told me over multiple phone calls he was working on determining market value for my land, then just ghosted out. Quit responding, and forwarded my calls to voicemail. I dealt with Lazaros, he appears to be the owner, so that means he determines company culture. Unless you want to waste hours of your time, take your business elsewhere. Real estate agents like this make all agents look like used car salesmen.

I purchased my first home through Susan Ozgowicz and had an AMAZING experience! She was so knowledgeable and understanding of all my questions as a first time buyer and never got frustrated though the process was frustrating. Through the experience I not only gained a beautiful home that me and my son will live in for many years but I feel as though I also gained a friend through Susan. If I have any home purchases in the future Susan will be the first one I turn to for sure! When it came to even the smallest of details they were on it and everything was covered. Very friendly, professional and available when needed.
