I hired Chris to perform a pre-purchase boat survey. While the onsite inspection was completed, I never received the written survey report, which was the primary deliverable I paid for. $960 I followed up multiple times by phone and text over an extended period which ended with no response and no explanation. At this point, the report is significantly overdue (months) This experience has been frustrating due to the lack of communication and follow-through. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who needs timely, reliable documentation.
