Location is great to downtown, but that's basically all that it has going for it! Parking was $20 a day which would be fine if the price was much cheaper, but it's nearly the same cost as the Bayfront next door and this place doesn't even have breakfast! Whole parking lot is awful, there's hardly room to exit and leave and you're out of luck if a big car parks next to you and you can't open your doors. There was an employee or owner? outside yelling into his phone the entire two days we stayed, and he blocked parking spots by keeping the doors of his car open with no regard for anyone around. The pool also isn't 'closed', it's completely bricked over. Guest are allowed to smoke outside wherever they want, so we couldn't sit and enjoy the view of the river outside our room since the guest next door decided to smoke cigars the entire stay. There was also a ton of chipping paint and rust everywhere, easy upkeep that's being entirley neglected. The room smelled clean, but the TV didn't show more than 3 free channels, and the ROKU included didn't work at all. Bathroom was TINY and had no vent, just a louvered glass window that was broken and couldn't be left open. You could manually open it, but it could easily smash, break, and hurt someone if it closed shut too quickly as it was all glass panels. Beds were hard and uneven, half the pillows were way too thick to be slept on. The wood bed frames jutted out far on the sides and one of my friends hit their knee really hard on it (ended up swelling with a massive bruise) since it was covered by the comforter. It was quiet at night and a great location, but too expensive for how awful of an experience it was! Will never be staying here again!

Very clean, lovely area and I felt safe bar hopping and coming back to pass out. I definitely will return as I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and wished I knew of it sooner. Staff was kind and polite, could not complain about anything what so ever as it exceeded expectations.

If I ever visit St. Augustine again, this will be where we stay & where I’ll it recommended anyone if asked. Super friendly staff, the location is absolutely incredible. There may be fancier places for lots more money, but this is exactly what I was looking for. Like other reviews have said, the rooms were nicer than the photos! Location, location, location. Clean rooms, friendly staff & right in the middle of everything worth seeing. I felt safe sitting on the chairs provided outside of our room at 11pm. They sell trolley tour tickets here, but I’d save the money if I were to do it again because again, the location is incredible. Only con is $20/night to park, but for the price & in this city, that’s nothing. 10/10

The location is close to all the fun! The pretty view from the rooms is over looking the harbor. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and updated. Our pillows were my only complaint and I can solve that by just bringing my own next time. I would definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough about the profession staff especially Gabriel at the front desk. He helped me move my reservation from a third party to them directly. I had to do this to be able to cancel my reservation in case my husband could not make it. Long story short my husband made the trip and we had a blast with all our other friends that stayed there as well.
