McCall Pest & Wildlife - Jacksonville

These people are the absolute worst. I wish I could give them negative stars. There initial customer service was fantastic but the first time I had an issue they where less thank courteous. I was given incorrect information by their service representative and after I provided them with proof they still refused to accept their error. I did what they instructed me to do and they are still billing me for services that I requested be cancel. They refuse to take any accountability for their employees actions. And on top of it all they treated my home for a year for these small black ants to no avail. I spoke to Angela R and her customer service (excuse the language) SUCKS. I don't have a problem honoring any agreement and I have always paid my bills on time. I have tried to be respectful but have not received the same in return. I am going to pay the bill that I do not owe and will never deal with them again. I am writing this review to help others. If I can help one person not deal with the frustration and poor customer service that I received then mission accomplished.

McCalls Pest and Wildlife Kevin Smith was referred by a fellow pest control specialist after inspecting our chimney which was infested with wasps and too tall for access but needed a lift with plywood to protect the yard. After meeting with Kevin Smith of McCalls Pest and Wildlife we were reassured they could get the job done and would use plywood to safeguard the yard for potential ruts caused by the lift. Scheduling the service was a challenge at first as the lift was not operational, then there were other scheduling conflicts. When the McCalls workers arrived with the lift, they knew nothing about the plywood to protect the yard! Needless to say our yard was ravaged by grooves left by the lift. And after several attempts to use the lift, it was found the McCalls workers were unable to get the lift close enough to the chimney to gain access to unit! So they left! Grooves in yard and job not completed. Weeks later, McCalls workers returned, finally, with a tall ladder, treated the access for wasps, and capped the chimney. Numerous emails with photos of the yard damages have been forwarded to McCalls Pest and Wildlife for resolution to no avail. Would think twice when employing McCalls Pest and Wildlife to work on your property.

Bill W was our tech and did a wonderful job. Very professional and answered all my questions. Even changed his routine when I wanted to watch the termite traps being checked. Great job.

He did a great job. But no rats in traps yet? He told me they may need to be stuck in there. The holes may need filled. Very very helpful. He even looked at where the holes are Just a great educated worker! Thank you so much
