I had the pleasure of observing John mediate two mediations. Since I was observing John behind the scenes I was privy to observing him work with each of the opposing parties. He was professional, respectful and validated each parties polar opposite positions in a diplomatic manner. By using his calm, genuine demeanor and mediation skills he successfully facilitated a mutually beneficial resolution of their conflict. John was correct when he initially said to the opposing parties that with patience and exploring alternative solutions the case would settle. I am representing myself in a case. my experience during my meeting was great! Mr. Mccorvey was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable during the process. While I came prepared, he explained everything and how the process would be from Start to finish. I loved that He didn't make me feel rushed or pressured and gave me time to think the process through. Also, we reviewed and discussed different settlement options and everyone left satisfied.
