I have been coming to MD Now for a few years. When I first started going there, the care was excellent. The staff took the time to listen, perform thorough exams, and answer my questions. Unfortunately, over time, things have changed. Since the office changed systems, I’ve noticed a high turnover of doctors and nurses, and the overall quality of care has declined. During my most recent visit, the Caucasian gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From my observations, he appeared to show more patience and kindness toward patients who looked like him, while being noticeably more irritated and dismissive toward others. Even over the phone, his demeanor has consistently come across as unfriendly and lacking compassion. I was also disappointed with the medical care. It felt like the providers were more focused on rushing the appointment and prescribing medication than truly listening to my concerns. When someone comes to an urgent care facility, they’re often worried, uncomfortable, or in pain. Taking the time to listen is one of the most important parts of providing quality care. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. A welcoming front desk and providers who actively listen can make a significant difference in a patient’s experience.
everyone was very nice. PA DINA was great. She has wealth of knowledge, she figured out what was going on with my health and how to help me recover from it. She prescribed meds I need. Very helpful.
Kenyatta was wonderful to work with during my drug test and physical. She was kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent care and positive attitude!!!
All of the staff really showed great care, from checking in to checking out. They really value your time and care for you in a thorough and efficient way. It was also really nice to have someone to go over my after visit summary. I left telling them that they were really great! I recommend them if you’re looking for an urgent care!
I came in for a physical exam and everything was very quick. The price was very affordable, and most importantly, the staff was very kind and attentive, always willing to help—from the front desk (I believe her name is Valencia), to the nurses, and Dr. James. I especially appreciated that the front desk staff maintained my privacy and did not speak loudly about the reason for my visit, ensuring that others could not hear. I have been to other MD urgent care centers in the area , and this one is definitely the best. Thank you!
