I am almost 2 years postpartum and just wasn't sure what I needed but I knew it was something. After 1 meeting with Claire I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. Aside from providing me with some deep core exercises, showing me the correct way to do them along proper breath work, she did some dry needling on my back to help release some muscles that I didn't even know were tight and hindering my recovery and worked out my hip flexors. My muscles are so much looser now and I have so much more confidence in myself and my abilities. I have talked about her to almost everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to her. She has provided me with the tools that I needed to incorporate into my fitness journey and I couldn't be more thankful.

Claire is phenomenal. Her knowledge and expertise extend beyond just the pelvic floor, and her care has helped me in many different areas of my body and even life, for that matter.
