Working with Meshell Perry to find a new home has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. She is very personable and provided us the time needed to find just the right fit in a new property. She also helped to negotiate a great price as well. She and her husband Brent are now project managing to update the property for us. What an amazing experience. Meshell is by far the most knowledgeable and professional realtor I've ever dealt with. She was responsive and knew how to market our home. We received several great offers and sold our house at a great price. She was also instrumental in buying our new home. We were able to beat out several other offers because she understood how to build a near bullet proof offer. In this market you need someone who really knows what they are doing and Meshell nailed it. I would recommend Meshell without reservation. And she's just a joy to work with.
