Cheryl is awesome. She has been extremely helpful in my Weight loss journey. Always pleasant and so so informative, and never judges if I gain a pound are two. She is one of the reason a keep coming back.
I started in earlier this year and have successfully lost 20 lbs. Pretty easy actually when you follow the plan, Cheryl is extremally knowledgeable and is a great cheerleader. I love that she does not judge if I had a bad week or two! I love this place and actually enjoy getting to check in with Cheryl. Thank you so much
