Middleburg Family Dental Care

I cannot recommend this office enough. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the real deal. Everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming. I didn’t have the best experiences with dental offices as a child, so I was very careful to do my research and find a practice with amazing reviews. This office lives up to every one of its 5-star ratings. Gayle is incredible! She took the time to listen to my concerns and learn about my dental history. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I never thought I’d say this, but I can’t wait to go back. I will recommend this office to anyone who will listen!

The office is wonderful and very inviting. However I need work completed and they are booked so far out. For something that seemed so urgent while I was in the chair to schedule for asap turned into 3-4 months out. “We’ll put you on the move up list” that was the solution. I’ve never had a dental office that could not fit anyone in for urgent appointments. They should do better about scheduling. It was a new patient visit and I was not impressed. There was no communication as I sat in the waiting room 35 minutes after my new patient appointment. Then I was there for two hours in total almost for them to just take X-rays and look at my teeth. No cleaning was completed just a “you need a deep clean” Dr Miller was very nice and made me feel better. I asked him what my priority was and he spent time with me explaining. I enjoyed learning. He was great! However, urgent issues should be scheduled asap not months out. Especially when someone is walking around with a hole in their tooth and they say oh the deep clean is more important. So let’s do that first then get to the rest. So ive got anxiety about a hole in my tooth with slight pain starting. Hoping to get in sooner.

New to Florida, Middleburg. Moved from Michigan. Read the “About Us” and so glad I chose this facility. Was greeted with joyous welcome by the office staff. Gayle, my new BBF hygienist, was so warm, welcoming and comforting learning of my anxiety with dentistry. She explained everything thoroughly. She was gentle in my treatment and personable. Just as wonderful is Dr K! She took time to explain the treatment plan, answered my questions and concerns. She took time to get to know me! I shared my experience with my daughter. She immediately contacted this office and has transferred her family to Middleburg Family Dental Care!!
