Millennium Physician Group - Fernandina Beach Walk-In Medical Center

I cannot recommend this walk-in clinic enough! We were waiting for our PCP to return from vacation but waited a bit too long, bringing my sick wife and two kids in right before closing. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional about our late arrival. Robin took excellent care of us; she were so warm and friendly, making our young kids completely comfortable. She even followed up with us a few days later to check on the kids. It is so convenient to have such phenomenal after-hours support in Fernandina Beach

The walk in clinic was supposed to open at 7 am today. I showed up at 7:05. A lady was sitting behind the counter, and there was a note on the door saying the door would open once coverage was available. I called the walk in clinic since the employee behind the counter would not open the door. She said the medical assistant had called to say she would be 10 minutes late, but she had not heard from the nurse practitioner. As I was leaving, the medical assistant pulled up in the parking lot. I asked when the nurse practitioner would arrive and she stated she did not know. She said she could take my vitals, but she couldn’t provide treatment. I got in my car and drove home.

An amazing team ! Amazing staff ! It’s good to have a second walk in clinic on the island and not just one ! I’m glad that they’re there and if you’re in town visiting and don’t wanna go off the island to an urgent care for whatever reason please visit them !

Excellent walk-in clinic. The staff at the front of the office, Alexis was awesome and the radiology department was equally impressive. Thank you all so much.
