We had the best vacation at one of their properties. Communication was great, the property was amazing, and there were lots of thoughtful items to get our vacation started before we were able to go to the grocery store. I will definitely book again with them directly.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was ideal — tucked in an upscale, quiet residential area just minutes from the beach. The home itself was clean, well-appointed, and the beds and linens were especially comfortable. But the true highlight was the backyard: it overlooks a beautiful, park-like waterway filled with birds and huge, friendly turtles that will eat fruit right out of your hand. It felt like our own private nature sanctuary. We’d absolutely stay here again!
Such a lovely place!!! The beds were incredibly comfortable! The view from the balcony was perfect! Ashley was attentive and responded quickly each time, even when we had a power outage on much of the coast, and even accommodated a later checkout due to time lost. Everything was clean and perfectly decorated with the ideal beach theme throughout. We will for sure be back… hopefully sooner rather than later!
I had a great experience working with Ashley Butler when I was recently on Amelia Island! She is warm and knowledgeable about the housing, neighborhoods and communities on the island and was a great person to learn from on my first trip exploring areas for a vacation home! She was recommended by locals and she quickly made time to show me properties. I especially appreciated that she listened to what I most wanted to see in my short time there and she didn’t try to push properties that didn’t meet desires. I would recommend her to my friends and will come back to work with her when I am ready to purchase!
We were very pleased with the accommodations. The beds were as comfortable as our beds at home. The kitchen was excellent. And the walk to the beach took only a few minutes. We had a very pleasant stay on Amelia Island.
