I just want to take the time to express my gratitude to Mr. Miracle and especially to Caleb and Robert. I have never been more thankful for your amazing and sweet disposition. I have never had a company that did not know me take so much time to make sure I had been safe and make it home safely. They put gas in my vehicle and made sure I was able to be tracked to make it home and not deterred by the issues at hand. When I have had to question my safety for so long and having been exploited and gaslighted to the extreme. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much that has meant to me considering the circumstances. It definitely was a miracle that I had encounter this company. I will be forever grateful!!!!! I am just in amazement they had gone above and beyond. Thank you for helping me get home safely!!
Very professional and super friendly group of people. Responded quickly to my call needing a tow on a rainy night. Three gentlemen show up - including the owner - to make sure everything went well. Will definitely use Miracle Towing of Macclenny again when needing a tow.
Outstanding service!!! My family got stranded because my car broke down not only. Did they bring a tow truck they brought an additional vehicle so my family can be safe….. every team member was kind and professional with good sense of humor I am from Tennessee and I happen to break down 5 miles from this location here in Florida thank you Mr. Chris and the entire miracle team for the hard work that they do for that community Benny the 1993 Volvo 940 wagon guy
we’re not from around here. today - 2/28/25 - we had a great experience with Miracle. fast service. fair price. experienced technician. removed and installed 2 tires on the front of my motorhome. from call request to arrival was 38 minutes. (we were 20 miles away out in the middle of nowhere) from arrival to completion was 113 minutes. (would have been faster but there was an air compressor issue) the technician was efficient and friendly. would definitely call again.
I've been using Miracle Automotive for over a year and I am very happy with their work. They've kept my truck with 210K+ miles, that I drive everywhere ... and a lot of times driving in the middle of nowhere(places that make Macclenny look like a metropolis) running like champ. They've replaced brake shoes, drums and other hardware, flushing and replacing coolant, system checks and fixes, emission work and the list goes on. Thank you Miracle for getting to family, work and home again.
