Dr. Greg was awesome. I had stiffness in th lower back and hips. I couldn’t put my socks on without pain. He gave very detailed analysis into what was wrong with thoracic rotation and hips mobility being limited. He dug down to the root cause and gave exercises and stretches to do to help. Within 5 days of doing the exercises I recovered 70% of the lost mobility. The exercises he gave me and stretches came with videos to show how to do them at home. Excellent job!
I had an amazing post-knee replacement therapy session with Dr. Greg today! He was able to pinpoint specific muscles that I needed to work on that my last therapist had not identified. We worked on weak areas that I had compensated for during my painful pre-knee replacement period. He has targeted the areas that will help my balance and gait along with muscles that needed manipulation and massage. I am looking forward to more sessions and even greater results. He was patient, kind and so knowledgeable. You need to check him out!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Greg and Movement Driven. Started there a year ago with an injury that limited my mobility, the ability to do the things I wanted, and outlook for ever being able to do them again. He quickly diagnosed and began treating my issue and has transitioned me into a strength and training program that allows me to do things I never thought would be possible a year ago. Dr. Greg has an ability to quickly recognize and treat you with a variety of treatment options - soft tissue, dry needling, regimented programs for strength and maintenance and is dedicated to my physical improvement. My whole family has seen him at one time or another and he has definitely made an impact for all of us. If you are looking for PT or are in pain, I highly recommend you try Movement Driven.
Greg has been helping me for a while now with lower back and sciatica issues. When I came to him, I was in a place where pain was a constant struggle in my life. He has helped me rehab and also educated me on how I can keep myself healthy and happy. Even now, when my pains have subsided, I still feel confident coming to Greg and learning how to further my strengthening to ensure I don’t relapse, and if I did, I would have the tools to address it. 100% recommend Greg for all your PT needs
