Movement Driven Performance Physiotherapy - Jacksonville

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Greg at Movement Driven Performance Physiotherapy. The personalized care and treatment plan was top-notch. I came in with persistent knee pain. Greg took the time to understand my specific situation and created a customized plan which he adjusted week over week. He was always available for questions or concerns in between visits too. Greg is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Each session was productive, and he took the time to explain the underlying issues and why the exercises would be beneficial. I'm no longer in daily pain, and I have significantly increased my strength and mobility. I wholeheartedly recommend Movement Driven Performance Physiotherapy!

I can’t say enough great things! I’m a physical therapist myself and what an amazing experience receiving care here! I’ve had multiple spine surgeries and injuries and went to many providers for care. I couldn’t be happier that I found Movement Driven after even the first visit I felt confident that I’d get back to myself again :)

Dr. Greg is a trusted partner of our fitness community. He takes what most PTs understand and takes it to the next level. He has an incredible depth of knowledge and understanding of pain. He has helped several of our clients improve or eliminate their knee, hip, low back, or shoulder pain and discomfort when they thought they might live with these conditions forever. Dr. Greg is genuine and thoughtful. I encourage you to take action now and book a consultation. Don’t waste another day living in pain. Dr. Greg can help you raise the quality of your life.

Having never done dry needling before Greg took the time to explain exactly what to expect, how it would feel, work, etc. Showed up in so much pain from muscle spasms which hindered my mobility in my neck and shoulder area keeping me from being able to sleep. After leaving my appointment started feeling a little better and by that night was able to sleep without pain meds and by the next morning I started to feel like a normal human again. I owe so much to Greg and to movement to helping me get back on the path to feeling like myself again.
