NOT GOOD FOR SPECIAL NEEDS!!!!!! NOT recommended for Adults with SPECIAL NEEDS. I am an adult with ADHD and Fetal alcohol syndrome, and despite having written that information in my paperwork, met with the dr for a consult where I and my mother described how that can impact my dentist appointment, re iterated those concerns at the next appointment. It took 3 appointments and 6 phone calls to make sure i could have the best experience. When it came time to get some of the fillings I needed when my mother asked ( I was on anxiety meds) if I could have the steps explained While they were doing them to ease my anxiety I was told something along the lines of “ No, we expect that she’ll be asleep through most of it so it’ll probably b unnecessary” which left me shocked. I DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL DURING THE PROCEDURE! When I came home and my mouth began to b less numb I noticed quite a few spots on the back of my teeth that are sharp and prominently sticking out. Eventually I had to go to my own paperwork to figure out what teeth they actually did the fillings on. Yes that is correct I had to fig your what teeth the put fillings in on my own at home because NO ONE EXPLAINED ANYTHING TO ME! I felt as if all of my concerns were treated as if they were no biggie and just someone being over dramatic…. OVERALL AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE and not just for the fillings the consult had NO bedside manner, my consult we talked about pretty much anything but what I booked the consultation. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY DENTIST THIS IS NOT THE DENTIST FOR YOU
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Dr. Nemetz and his team are simply the best. Everyone is friendly, professional, and they make going to the dentist about as enjoyable as it can be. A huge shout-out to Tia—she is absolutely amazing! She’s always upbeat, makes you feel comfortable from the minute you sit down, and genuinely cares about her patients. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows.
Highly recommend! My kids and I have been coming here for about five years, and I honestly don’t have a single complaint. The office is always clean, and the staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable—especially when they’re nervous. Unlike a typical corporate chain that can feel rushed and impersonal, this office truly makes you feel like family. The genuine care and compassion they show their patients is what keeps us coming back.
My kids had such a great experience with Dr Nemetz for our first visit at the practice. They can’t wait to come back for their 6 month cleaning! Dr Nemetz is so thoughtful and patient and really wonderful with both the children and parents. The waiting area is fun and the appointments were both on time. Couldn’t be happier!
This Dental Office is the best hands down! They make kids excited to go to the dentist. The office is super kid friendly with lots of games and fun for the kids while they’re waiting. You can tell the staff really loves what they do! Miss Amy ability to connect with the children and make them feel comfortable is super impressive! She was able to calm my toddler with the TVs they had installed in the ceiling! Im looking forward to every visit going forward!
