My experience with this NestTenders has been exceptional! Since I moved in to my first rental in FL over 2 yrs ago, they have been responsive and supportive. Mark is a pleasure to work with and consistently exceeds expectations in addressing any issues. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I have received. NestTenders is a locally-owned property management company, not one of those huge organizations. They customize the service to each individual property, ensuring renters know exactly what is expected. There is an appropriate amount of communication, as they get back to you very quickly regarding any service concerns or any other matters. If we had not built a house, we would have continued renting with NestTenders. Trust them to rent your home for you or to find a qualified tenant.

I am a senior and a snow bird to Florida, but shared a rental with a local senior who lived there year round. NestTenders what the property manager for that rental, and they were responsive and attentive to property issues we encountered. When the lease was up, it was clear our original plan for house-sharing was not working, so we did not renew the lease. The move-out process was complicated by health issues, but NestTenders were great at working with us to finalize the situation amicably with the owners. I appreciated their understanding and willingness to make that process as smooth as possible.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Brian Woolard and First Coast RE & PM. It was the first time we had ever rented out our house so the first time we met Brian he spent a good 2-3 hours answering all our questions and concerns. He and his team were on top of everything the whole 2 years we used them to manage our property. Then when we decided to sell they did a wonderful job at that as well. They had to fix a few things in a quick time frame to get it to sell. He handled the whole process for us since we were 1000 miles away. It made it super easy on us. I would 100% recommend this group to anyone.
