I cannot say enough wonderful things about this med spa! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming, and they really take the time to listen to what you want, answer your questions, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. Their selection of services is amazing, and I especially appreciate how knowledgeable they are about the different treatments and what will actually give you the best results. There is never a feeling of being rushed or simply “sold” a service. They truly seem invested in helping you look and feel your best. What really sets this med spa apart, though, is the level of care. You’re treated like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. It’s rare to find a place that combines this much expertise with such genuine kindness and customer service. I’m so happy I found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a med spa they can trust. Five stars all around! ❤️

I’ve had Botox done with Caity a few times now and I love my results. She is great at explaining everything and helping you make a decision on what is best for you to achieve the results you’re looking for. Will definitely continue to go to New Beauty Company for all my needs. 🥰
I just had the BEST experience with Caity. First time to lip filler. She carefully listened to me, answered questions, and delivered very results. I was able to is the amazing massage chair while my lips were numbing— definitely helped calm my nerves. I have a follow up appointment to make sure im happy with the results or if it needs adjustments. I’m so happy my first experience was perfect and I will definitely be back.
New Beauty is my new favorite place for face, skin, and even hormones! The staff is fantastic. And Caity, what a gem!! She is welcoming, listens, is a wealth of knowledge, helpful, upbeat, and made me feel she was truly invested in ensuring I receive the best care at the right price. She has helped reverse some pretty severe aging, I get compliments on my skin now! I am grateful to have found this location in St. John’s and highly recommend!
I had such an amazing experience with Caity! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. I’ve done both Xeomin (Botox) and started tattoo removal with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. My Xeomin settled beautifully—super natural, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. Caity really listens and has a great eye for keeping everything balanced and not overdone. For tattoo removal, she walked me through the entire process, set realistic expectations, and made me feel at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and honest, which I really appreciate. The entire office is clean, welcoming, and the staff is so friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend Caity if you want someone you can trust with both aesthetics and treatments!
