I have been coming here since 2015 and never had any issues. However over the last month I have had nonstop attitude and unwillingness to help, specifically from Haleigh. I don’t appreciate it. First I kept being told my claims were being rejected, she said her claims person would resubmit. A week later I get a call from Haleigh with an attitude telling me that the claims were still being rejected and that I could come oic up the paperwork. When I advised I would go speak with benefits to help, she stated she just got off the phone with them and that I could come pick up the error message. When I called back I spoke to Kelly who told me “you’re not listening”. No I am listening and I’m TRYING to help you. Being that it’s a new plan and new network. But instead I got nothing but attitude. Oh guess wha, just a few days ago I go their acceptance email into the network. Maybe instead of putting your client in the middle of your insurance and provider dispute, do your job as you’re contracted to do by INN providers. Today I missed a call from the office. I return the call. I advise who I am and that I’m returning a call, Haleigh instead of saying “oh yes I need this” she just says “how can I help you.” I don’t know YOU called me. Then she smartly says “oh so you got the message, I need your consent.” Why did you need to go through this same statement 5 times just to ask me for my consent??? I don’t know what happened to “customer service” at this office, but it’s definitely gone. I love Dr Yumul and the fact she listens. But what I won’t do is go to an office where the staff thinks they can speak to you anyway they want and nothing come of it. DO BETTER.
I have been seeing Dr. Yumul for about five years now . She goes above and beyond for her patients, and genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She takes her time to actually listen , talk to , and empathize with me. She is the best and most attentive psychiatrist/ mental health professional I've ever had! I actually feel seen , heard and understood, and without any judgement, when we talk. She is incredible and truly cares so much. We need more psychiatrists like her!! Also, the staff is amazing, and super attentive and helpful, as well. I feel safe and comfortable here.
Doctor was wonderful upon initial visit, but there were issues with the prescription for the medicine I was given and the worker who answers the phone was rude and dismissive. After multiple calls and attempts to get answers, the office altogether began ignoring calls, leaving me back at square one for getting medicated. I understand this behavior if I had been rude or aggressive but I had been patient with the mistakes from the office. Very unprofessional.
I was recently seen by Dr. Yumul as a new patient. Upon entering the office, I was instantly pleased with the aesthetic and more importantly, by the warm greeting that I received from the front desk staff. I very much enjoyed my appointment with the Dr. as well. Dr. Yumul is extremely bright and professional as well as warm and friendly. I appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to explain medical terminology as it pertained to me personally. I very much look forward to a happy and productive relationship with the North Florida Family Psychiatry "family".
My 4th office visit today with Dr. Yumul & I'm Absolutely THANKFUL to have found her. She is a positive person, easy to talk with, & I would deffiently would recommend her to a love one or friend. I was given knowledge, options, & involvement consirning my treatment. Glad to be treated with respect! The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. I've never waited for more then a few min. to see the doctor. NOT due of lack of patients either. (usually always a few others in waiting room). Makes me feel, they value my time & business.
