  My daughter went here for almost a year and I tried to give this place a chance but after the first coaches she had moved to a different class the experience went downhill every month. Mind you this a toddler class full of 3-5 year olds. One of the older ladies was grabbing and pulling the kids and yelling at them, I was probably the only parent that said anything but it wasn’t just my kid it was happening to, told the front desk and of course they didn’t care so I asked to move to a class she wasn’t in. They didn’t care about a coach pulling on a 3 year old but did care if my payment didn’t go through on the first of the month and called me out on it in front of a bunch of people even though when I called I spoke to probably the only nice person at the front desk and she said I could wait till my pay day since it’s not considered late till a certain day. Front desk definitely needs work on their customer service skills. After all this I switched to a day that the lady that yanked on my daughter’s arm was not in. This class was ok at best. The young teachers definitely don’t know how to work with young kids or they just don’t want to. They all act like they are forced to be there. Probably bad training but if you are working with young kids you need to have some patience and grace. Most of them don’t pay attention to the kids so they just out there doing whatever because they expect a 3 year old to remember every routine instead of actually helping and teaching. They don’t teach and it’s the same crap routines every week. This was a waste of my time and money. The facility is dirty and stinks most of the time( got a little better after summer started) My daughter eventually got bored of it and we are trying dance instead. Don’t waste your money here like I did. Not sure if the older classes are better but this place is not good for a toddler
