NovaVida Physical Therapy, Pilates and Wellness

My experience at NovaVida was absolutely amazing! Who knew that working out could be so calming. Kellen is extremely knowledgeable. She is very cognizant of what your body feels in the moment and tailors your session accordingly. No cookie cutter business with her. She understands that each client is different as well as differences from week to week with each individual client. I absolutely love her!

I have been to 7 different physical therapy offices over many years as I have had back pain issues for 20 plus years. Kellen at NovaVida is by far the best therapist I have been treated by. She is a warm and caring person that truly cares for her patients. She stays on the cutting edge of available treatments. She is frequently attending advanced classes to continue to improve her arsenal of tools to treat clients. Once she has her clients over their crisis thru therapy, she encourages her clients to participate her Pilates classes. With no more than 3 in a class, Kellen is expert at individualizing Pilates exercises specific to each client. I can’t say enough about NovaVida. It has changed my life.

Kellen and physical therapy combined have completely changed my day to day quality of life!! As someone who struggles with pain and scoliosis it has been an absolute blessing to have found a safe and cozy feeling space and person to help. Kellen actually listens, she cares, and she always makes sure your ok before you leave and even checks up on you with a text! I have never felt so cared about by a professional and I would recommend NovaVida to anyone looking for a PT or a hands on Pilates reformer class.
