I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Numotion team for all of your help. The first service I received through Numotion was my son’s communication device, and now we are working together on getting an adaptive car seat. Every experience I’ve had with your team has been smooth, simple, and stress-free. Everyone has always been kind, professional, and helpful, and I’ve never had any issues throughout the process. I truly appreciate how easy you’ve made everything for our family. Thank you again for your outstanding service and support. It means more than you know.
I received service in a timely manner. As always great service. Technician polite and fixed my problem plus did a through check-up on my wheelchair. I've been using Nu-Motion since 2010 and they are always great. I give them a 5 star rating . Highly recommend them.
Numotion Customer Service, is always great! Whether on phone with them, or getting my chair delivered to me!! Very satisfied with everything!
My mother and I were extremely pleased. This company went above and beyond our expectations to help us to receive this chair. They connected us with a very generous and compassionate foundation JT Townsend who donated to help my mother. The technician Greg personally delivered the chair and was so passionate and patient in helping her in learning to use her chair. We are forever grateful and thankful. A special thanks to Kari and Greg!!
I was very impressed with my meeting with the numotion representative. Although I had not considered a power chair, now I can see how it would make my life so much easier. Thank you.
