Jon has helped me on two separate occasions, including installing my water heater. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable, and completely honest. What I appreciate most is that he focuses on what actually needs to be done and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. After another company tried to convince me I needed nearly $9,000 in repairs, Jon came in, evaluated the situation, and gave me straightforward advice I could trust. It’s rare to find someone with that level of integrity and expertise. He’s earned my business for the long term, and I highly recommend him.
Jon and Scott came over at 7pm after a lightning strike knocked out our AC. They diagnosed it and were able to get it fixed first thing the next day after waiting on a replacement motor. Now have surge protector on AC disconnect and plan to install whole home SPD to protect all other appliances. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Extremely impressed with Jon and Hannah at Olympic Air. I am over satisfied with the communication and delivery of service from the team. He took the time to break down the system until he noticed a very small problem that other companies probably would have charged a boat load! Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for their customers. They treat you like family!
Olympic Air wow. I was offered up to several brands that met with what I needed and could afford. Not once was I pressured to decide by a certain time frame. Jon or Hannah explained every step. All my questions were answered and if there were any issues Jon solved it. I recommend Olympic Air not five stars but 10.
Jon and Scott were great. They explained the options available to us to address a less than optimal installation of the original HVAC system in our Toll Brothers townhome. They were professional and respectful of our home. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our routine maintenance
