We have had two children go through the whole process of braces through Ossi Orthodontics, and our experience has been great! There are numerous appointments throughout the process, and considering that we had so many appointments for both children, and never once had even a hint of a bad experience it is remarkable! ALL of the staff are very professional, kind, helpful and friendly. Whether it was making appointments, changing appointments, billing questions, treatment questions … they are all so professional, patient and kind. Truly a unique experience in this time where excellent customer service is hard to find! Dr Ossi is absolutely the best Orthodontist ever. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I referred a lot of people to his office and they are all extremely happy with the product that they received and most importantly their kids are happy as well with their new look.
