Very nice and new store. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. There are plenty of options to satisfy your chocolate cravings such as Popcorn, pretzels, Oreos, almonds, and more. Most items have options of dark, white, or milk chocolate. Everything has high quality taste but not overly rich.

would like to take a moment to recognize Lillie for her exceptional support and customer service. We needed to purchase 15 gift cards, and while other stores were facing issues with loading them on time, Lillie went above and beyond to help us. She proactively took ownership of the situation, ensured all the gift cards were properly loaded, and made sure everything was completed on time. Her efficiency, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude made a big difference, and we truly appreciate her dedication and willingness to help.

I can’t believe I am leaving a negative review for a Peterbrookes chocolate store. I have loved Peterbrookes chocolate for almost 30 years, but have never been to this store in particular. For someone who has been going to Peterbrookes chocolate stores for this long and knows the quality of the chocolate, this store has done something to it in a negative way. First of all, I bought chocolate dipped strawberries for my daughter as a gift. The woman who made the strawberries just dumped them in a plastic container and didn’t even take the time to arrange them nicely. I asked her if she could put them in little paper trays and arrange them nicely and she said she didn’t have the proper tray to do so. Secondly, I bought myself chocolate dipped graham crackers, (which I always do whenever I visit a Peterbrooke store) and from the first bite, I realized that the chocolate did not taste like normal Peterbrooke chocolate. I ended up throwing it away! I will be seeing if there is a corporate number that I can contact to inform them of my experience of this particular store, I am extremely upset.
