We traveled over 800 miles by boat down the ICW and reached St Augustine. We had recurring electrical issues along the way with the new dock GFI sensors tripping due to the design of our older boats AC electrical wiring. A fellow Morgan Out Island owner responded to my request for help post on facebook and announced he was in St Augustine and that he worked for Polaris Marine electrical. I visited their shop the next day, a 10 minute walk from the municipal marina, to discuss my electrical issue. I was very impressed with the owner "Craig" and his ability to quickly understand my issue, design and document a schematic for a full transition to a Victron Inverter Charger and replace our lead acid house back with lithium. Their technicians were personable and professional and their wiring and connections had a factory look! Craig and Sean queried my current system, came aboard to assess, and were focused on safety and compliance with ABYC standard for fuses, breakers - all outlined in detail on the 11x17 printed schematic provided to me. Lucky me to have met and contracted with the Polaris Marine Electrical team ! A very pleasant experience all around.

Craig and his teammate Owen were prompt and professional. They helped us with a melted breaker and box. They custom built a new one, installed and tested. Highly recommend for marine electrician work in St Augustine.

We arrived in St Augustine with multiple electrical issues, we were given Polaris's contact info and reference by a close cruising friend. Boy oh boy did they ever deliver, from first contact to scheduling and consequent delivery of completed services that work we couldn't be happier. Craig and Sean's detailed, methodological approach to solving problems is nothing less than brilliant. We really felt that we were working together to solve problems, and their clean aesthetic and detail was very much appreciated. Polaris saved us money by suggesting alternate ways to solve problems and their final invoice was exceptionally reasonable, given the challenges we faced. I'm not sure I'd let anyone other than Polaris do anything electrical on our vessel. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
