My husband and I have been working with Ponte Vedra & Co. Real Estate, owned and led by the amazing Ms. Claudia, for almost three years now, and we truly do not have enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for her. Claudia has managed our property with a level of commitment, care, and professionalism that is incredibly rare to find. She treats our home as if it were her own, paying attention to every detail, resolving issues before they even arise, and always keeping us informed. Her responsiveness, understanding, and genuine dedication have given us complete peace of mind year after year. What truly sets Claudia apart is the personal touch she brings to her work. She treats us not just as clients, but like family. Her warmth, compassion, and integrity shine through in every interaction. No matter what we need, she always goes above and beyond—every single time. We are beyond happy and deeply thankful for everything she has done for us. Ms. Claudia is truly exceptional, and Ponte Vedra & Co. Real Estate is a reflection of her outstanding leadership and values. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, caring, detail-oriented, and truly invested in your property, look no further. Claudia is simply the best, and we could not recommend her more highly. Thank you, Ms. Claudia, for everything you do. We appreciate you more than words can express.
Smooth and efficient handling was experienced with this real estate agency during an urgent rental requirement. Immediate attention was given to the needs, and suitable properties were shared without delay. Visits were arranged quickly and managed in an organized way. Clear explanations were provided about rent structure, deposit details, maintenance costs, and agreement terms in simple language. Honest opinions were shared for each option instead of pushing fast decisions. Communication remained active and supportive throughout the process. Even under time pressure, everything was handled calmly and professionally. A suitable rental home was finalized within a short time without stress or confusion. Overall, the service felt fast, reliable, and well-coordinated.
I’m very happy with the service I received from this real estate agent. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Their guidance helped me complete the home buying process smoothly.
This is the second house Claudia has sold for me and the results were even better than the first time. I appreciate that she does her research, is an expert, makes the process easy and takes care of most of the issues so we can focus on other priorities. Highly recommend Claudia!
Claudia got us approved on our new home after having been looking for several months. We can't thank her enough for her work on this! Definitely recommend!
