Nic & Ashley are great! They truly care and answer any questions I have. They were referred to me by, Todd, my pool care service at Aquafluent. They are honest and trustworthy and they don’t do any more than is necessary for any repair. Highly recommended.
Josh came out for some warranty work. He showed up on time, was friendly, helpful and very professional. He explained the work being done and made sure I understood and was satisfied with the service. Ashley, Josh and Nic were all amazing. We couldn’t be happier with your company. Update: (01-23-2026), Just had Britt out for some additional warranty work. As usual he did an exceptional job. His professionalism and his through explanation of his work was very welcome. Ashley was just as amazing in helping me get e tech out right away. Thanks again, you truly have a great company with exceptional employees (psssst..give them all a nice raise, they deserve it).
Pool Techniks replaced my water heater and pool filtration system this year and they did a pro job. Josh is a super informative specialist. They also have maintained the warrantee, helping me with an issue that arose with the heater with a speedy reply and a fix, i could not recommend this team more highly they provide excellent service for pool equipment and high quality products. Thank you team!
Superb service! Every person that I spoke with was exceptional! Receptionist Ashley, Manager or owner Nick and tech Josh. Great response time and excellent follow-up with extraordinary communication skills. I was promtly informed about scheduling, arrival time (2 hr window) and otw texts. Reasonable pricing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pooltechniks for any pool repair services.
Pool Techniks installed a new variable speed pool pump and a new pool filter housing for me on Mon, 25 August 2025. The technicians were extremely professional and did a great job. They made sure I was comfortable with the new operating instructions, and did a superb job cleaning up all of the boxes, packing materials, and removing the old hardware ... and all in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company !!
