Doc Andrea is Amazing! I feel totally comfortable with her. She has a top-notch staff that goes above and beyond to get her patients what they need!
I arrived early because I was a new patient and knew I had to fill out paperwork. Office staff was friendly and they called me back to see the doctor before my appointment time or before I had time to fill out my paperwork. Amazing so far. They took my vitals and I tried to be prepared by bringing all my information with me. They appreciated that. The doctor was in minutes after that. I had zero to minimal wait time. The doctor was professional, showed courtesy and care. He was very responsive to my questions and paid attention to what I had to say. He listened and that’s what I think I liked the most. I’m very guarded when I see a new doctor because you don’t know what to expect. I don’t release all my information on the first visit until I get a good feel for the practice. I’ll be going back and I look forward to my relationship with my new family physician. Trust is a strong word and he has mine. Thank you for your help.
This was my first visit in a civilian primary clinic after retiring from active duty service. All the staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I am glad I chose this practice. Shawnee was amazing and informative. Sarah was patient and answered all my questions and presented a patient-centered plan for me moving forward. I strongly recommend this practice to others.
I have been with Prime Med for over 25 years and love the care given by the office staff when making appointments. Christopher Robertson PA is very thorough, thoughtful and kind. He not only prescribes my medication but explains how it affects my body as well. He takes the time to listen to me when I have questions and explains test results I can understand. Dr Shaughnesy is very knowledgeable and I feel safe with his practice. Great place for care.
I just can't say enough about this establishment, from the doctors to staff! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, fast to return calls, very attentive to my needs. I have referred many people to Prime Med, all of them are happy. If you're looking for a great family doctor I highly recommend any of the doctors, there all great!
