I have had an awesome experience with Emily! She is so personable and explains everything prior to and after the treatments so you understand exactly what to expect. I have lived all over the United States and have tried different med spas and I have been thoroughly impressed with the services I’ve received from her. I have had Botox treatments and a sunspot treated with IPL and my results have been amazing. My sunspot is nearly gone and my Botox gave me the exact results I was looking for. This will be a place I continue to come back to.

This place just gets better and better! The fresh and updated look is absolutely beautiful. I have been going to Brittany for several years now for tox and filler and her work is superb! Years ago, I was fortunate enough to find Brittany Smith at Pura Vida, and I haven’t trusted anyone else with my injectables since. At my most recent appointment, Brittany introduced me to QuantumRF. After learning about the procedure, I scheduled my treatment for my neck and jowls before I left. I had it done two days ago, and although I was incredibly nervous walking in, Brittany and Brook, who was assisting, immediately put my mind at ease! They explained everything thoroughly, answered every question, and made the entire experience so comfortable. They were both incredible! Before I knew it, the procedure was over, and I was heading home. Brittany is simply the best! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, highly skilled, patient, caring, and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her expertise gives you complete confidence that you’re in the best hands. The entire team at Pura Vida is outstanding! Everyone is warm, welcoming, professional, and goes above and beyond to make you feel valued from the moment you walk through the door. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Pura Vida. I’ve been getting Botox and filler for years and have been to several different providers, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Even with my history of injectables, I’ve never had a great understanding of exactly what I needed or why. I knew the results I was hoping for and could describe the things that bothered me or what I wanted to look different, but I didn’t always know how to articulate exactly what needed to be treated to get there. In the past, I often felt like that disconnect kept me from ever achieving the result I had pictured in my head. Brittany completely changed that experience for me. She really listened to what I was trying to describe, asked questions, studied my face as a whole, and then took the time to educate me on what she was seeing and how different treatments could address my concerns. There were things she pointed out and explained that finally made everything click for me. I never felt like I needed to walk in knowing exactly what to ask for. I could explain the result I hoped for, and she helped me understand how we could get there. We did full-face Dysport, including my masseters and temples, as well as facial balancing with filler in my lips, chin, chin shadows, nasolabial folds, and under-eyes. I also deal with severe TMJ and migraines, and I really appreciated that those concerns were considered as part of my treatment rather than looking at everything from a purely cosmetic standpoint. Brittany was incredibly thorough and meticulous throughout the appointment. She even took extra time and precautions to minimize bruising, which is just one example of the level of care she put into the entire experience. The experience didn’t stop with Brittany either. The entire Pura Vida team was wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. Amanda was especially amazing. She was so personable and made the financial side of cosmetic treatments feel comfortable and transparent rather than “salesy.” She helped me be mindful of what I was spending and even offered to sit down with me and talk through my long-term goals so I can continue getting the treatments I want and love while keeping the cost reasonable. I really appreciated that. I’m still early in the process of seeing my final results and I’m already SO happy. After years of getting injectables, this is the first time I’ve walked away feeling like someone truly understood the result I had been trying to describe all along. I finally feel like I have an injector who can take what I’m seeing in my head, help me put words to it, and create a thoughtful plan to achieve it. Between Brittany’s talent, patience, and willingness to educate me, Amanda’s help making my long-term goals financially realistic, and how genuinely wonderful the entire Pura Vida team was, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I finally feel like I found my place, and I’m so excited to continue my cosmetic journey with them.
