Rachel Mateo 411 Realty Group dba Assist2Sell Buyers & Sellers Premier Realty

Rachel goes above and beyond for her clients to make a deal work. She provides "one stop shopping" to her customers on both sides of the deal in the form of help with financing, repairs, appraisals, photos, etc. Since she works with buyers and sellers, in our case she made a match between between the house we needed to sell and a buyer she had been working with to make the closing happen in just a little over a month. Awesome!!!!! She is also very honest - not something you can say about all realtors unfortunately. As an assist-to-sell agent, you know up front what you will pay for her services because it is a flat fee instead of a percentage, but there are ZERO reductions in service. We actually found there were more services provided by Rachel than some other agents we have worked with in the past. There are many "wins" to working with Rachel Mateo!

It was a pleasure working with Rachel on our most recent transaction. Her professionalism and proactive approach truly stood out. She consistently stayed on top of every detail, ensuring a smooth and successful process from start to finish. Looking forward to working together again!

Rachel is amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure the purchase of my home went as smooth and stress free as possible. Very professional and she had ton of knowledge about the area, the current market, and was a HUGE help in picking out the house that was perfect for me. I highly recommend using her for your next home purchase.

Rachel was the best! She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Rachael!!
