I am a real estate investor and have bought and sold multiple properties. I have worked with multiple brokers. I have never had a better experience than I did with Bobby Davidson. When I had a property in Florida that was left in a distress state after the last tenant, I hired Bobby to help me sell the property. Bobby went to the property and valuated, sent me photos and made suggestions. When I flew into Florida to deal with the house. Bobby was there to greet me. Bobby introduced me to contractor‘s, painter‘s, window, people and plumbers. He also shared his local vendors and discounts with me. This is just a short list of what Bobby did for me: Accompanying me, while I shop for new fans and lighting fixtures Met all vendors that needed access to the property. Change lightbulbs, scooped the dirty water out of the dishwasher, and even scrubbed the patio flooring. Do yourself a favor if you need a realtor to represent you selling or buying property, hire, Bobby Davidson!
OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE !. Bobby was the reason we were able to find our condo in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He provided us with excellent advice during our negotiations. His advice was instrumental in our success when competing with numerous interested buyers. Bobby is a superb real estate professional and it was a pleasure to have had his representation on our behalf.
Bobby was a great resource and helped us sell our parents’ house at the right time for the best price. He did a great job organizing the marketing plan and his execution was flawless. Thanks Bobby for all your hard work.
Bobby was very persistent and knowledgeable as he closed a purchase for us in a very challenging seller's market. He understood what we were looking for and didn't share properties that didn't match what we wanted. At the same time, Bobby helped us to understand things like differences in regional construction that will save a lot in future maintenance costs.
Working with Bobby is a breath of fresh air...he cares deeply for his clients and takes the stress out any real estate transaction, ensuring clear articulation of next steps / action items, and guiding the way for successful transactions from start to finish. He is on top of it! Trust me, you want Bobby on your team.
