Absolutely exceptional. I have done a good bit of physical therapy in my life at several different places and this one outshines the rest by a long shot. Everyone is so invested and it is so clear that they actually care. In a world that is so full of superficial and shallow interactions, it’s very rare to encounter an entire office that is genuine and actually invested in patient outcomes. It really feels like a family in there. All the employees seem to really care about each other and it is very clear they care about who they are working with. I don’t even live near here and was told I could go to a location much closer to my home. I chose to take the extra time weekly to come to this location because they were so good. It was worth every mile!

I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole Rebound rehabilitation team. Especially to Neha, Chelsea, and Arianna for helping me throughout my entire shoulder rehabilitation journey. I cannot thank you enough for helping me get back to feeling like myself again. Your professionalism, knowledge, patience, and encouragement made all the difference. Every step of the way, you provided exceptional care and support, and I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me. I would also like to recognize the entire front desk team. You are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind, making every visit a positive experience. Thank you all for your dedication and outstanding service. You are an amazing team, and I appreciate each and every one of you!
This Team so friendly, fun and helpful. From the front desk to the Physical Therapist & Tech Assistants! I went in for an ARM injury. I had fractured my wrist to my elbow, the pain was something terrible. This Team is incredible very patient with working with you & here to help you relieve pain and get the movement & motion back to your injured self. There is no rush here they work with each patient. After weeks and weeks of putting in the work,I have a lot of motion and my pain level is very low. Healing & getting stronger! I have been to many PT’s over the years from playing sports to working in aviation -for knee injury, back, shoulder tear from south Florida to North Florida. This facility is by far some of the best PT I have worked with to help me heal! From the front of the house at check in to the physical therapist & Pt Techs to Home Pt.app use. Keep up the good work & keep helping people heal. This place just got a facelift new paint & new floors it’s bigger space and looking very inviting with some light music playing, friendly faces, it’s really nice. Roomy space. Lots of parking outside. Ohhh & when you complete PT grad day they give you a cool T-shirt I love it. Thank you to the Team -Neha, Chelsea,Radhik & all the PT Techs. Also Mrs. Pegan at the front Desk,Thank You all so much. Happy New Year!!
I couldn't say enough about how much I like being taken care of by the whole staff. Michael has been just amazing providing his expertise to improve and revive my knee. I felt real progress after the first therapy session and now I feel I'm back on my feet like if I never had the injury. Thanks again guys!!!
Love Love Love this place!!! Everyone on the staff is welcoming, attentive & FUN!! I actually look forward to my physical therapy appointments with Gigi, Chelsea & Matt who always make me laugh! Your first visit they do an initial assessment to create a plan that’s specific to your needs and then help get you where you need/want to be! If you are looking for a place to go for physical therapy I highly recommend Rebound Rehabilitation-Southside!! ✌🏻🫶🏻 🤟🏻 💪🏻🦵🏻
