⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Rhino Shield from beginning to end. The sales process was smooth and professional, and our representative arrived right on time. Everything regarding the schedule happened exactly as discussed. The crew started by thoroughly power washing the house and then took great care preparing everything for painting. Lights were removed, stonework was carefully covered, and everything around the house was protected before they began. The house was painted in one day with two coats, and the results look fantastic. A special thank you to Luis and his crew. They were wonderful to work with and treated our home as if it were their own. Luis was extremely meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. The attention to detail and care his entire crew showed throughout the project really stood out. Top-notch work from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the finished product. Highly recommend Rhino Shield!

We were so excited to engage Rhinoshield to paint the exterior of our home. We were excited about the quality of the project and the paint and all of the information that we had researched on the website and their advertisements, in addition to what the sales person told us. Our experience, however, it was much different than the advertised “perfect” and “100% guaranteed”. Unfortunately, I think most people accept mediocrity so they don’t have to engage in uncomfortable conversations with their vendor. We are not those people and we held Rhinoshield accountable for the work that they were doing, and we were met with disrespect for the entire project. It should’ve taken at the most seven days to fix and paint our house as they told us when in fact it took over a month due to holding them accountable for the work they were doing. Their advertisement says they will leave our yard looking better than what they found it. They sprayed paint on our rocks for Landscaping in the backyard. There’s paint on the pool deck, they scratched the pool deck with their ladders, they dented our gutters, and they killed spots of our grass with their paint machine and cleaning their paint products in our front yard. We asked them several times to please remove the trash from our yard and when it didn’t get done in a two week period I finally walked around and picked all up myself and put it in a bag and took a picture to send them. We’re trying to reach out to the owner of the company because he sent a very cheery email at the beginning of the project asking us to reach out if we ever needed anything so we did. He never wrote us back and we had to confirm with the project manager that he received our email and what was told to us was “we spoke Internally”. The owner of the company clearly doesn’t care about his workers engagement the work that they’re doing or what is being told to customer. At this price point, I would seriously reconsider. Somebody came out and walked the house with us following our concerns with an escalation and told us we definitely had some serious concerns and then proceeded to ignore half of what we told them. This is a great example of over promise and under delivery. Would not recommend unless you’re fine with property damage that doesn’t get remedied. If you do go with Rhinoshield, be extremely nitpicky about the contract and hold them accountable for what they say they’re going to do and for what they put in writing because they will hold you to it even if the work doesn’t look good. We were told that the advertisement where it said they leave your yard as good or better as we found was a guarantee not a promise. And finally, none of the project workers actually spoke to each other or scheduled things appropriately from the foreman to the project manager to the senior project manager to the owner to the painter… It didn’t feel like dealing with one company and they all told us different things at different time Points. At the end of the day, they told us they appreciated all of the feedback that we gave them and they took it back to their team to make their process better in the future, but that didn’t fix anything that we were dealing with. So congratulations Rhinoshield, you have some things to work on… But that doesn’t and didn’t help us. And I think the really disappointing thing was we had some true concerns as owners from this broken process and the owner couldn’t be bothered to call us and hear what we had to say. I only gave it two stars cause I’m hoping this product last as long as our warranty does. The rest of the missing stars are from their inability to manage a project or engage in customer service recovery. It’s too bad… Had the owner felt like it was important enough to communicate back, maybe we would not have left this review. Photos only show a few of the issues that we had. What the stucco looks like with paint over it, the yard, small details like painting outside of the lines and painting over a pile of dirt in the corner that is attached to a column.

From scheduling my appointment for an estimate to scheduling services everything was smooth and easy. They were patient as I waited for my HOA to approve my colors and excellent communication during the process. The let me know each step of the way what was going on. I would highly recommend RHINOSHIELD if you are considering remaining your home and want it to last especially in the Florida heat. The dark color is the before Pic and the rest are after photos

We are extremely happy with Rhino Shield and how professional the crew was led by Bryan V. They arrived on time & kept us informed during the process of painting our home, their attention to detail was Fantastic. We love the appearance of our home exterior and are looking forward to the benefits of Rhino Shield for years to come!
