Rickie went above and beyond in every facet of this process. He made himself available at odd times and off days, and maintained a sense of calm during the stressful times.

We had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Rickie McWilliams from Cross Country Mortgage over the past 2 months. We were conducting a 1031 Exchange (we have done quite a few over the years) and for the first time we feel like we found a mortgage broker that we will use again and again as well as recommend to friends and family. We have never repeated with a mortgage broker but Rickie helped us in offering insight into what he was seeing as far as offers coming through and this helped us make a competitive offer in our favor and secure the property. Rickie then used his expertise in fitting the loan to the needs of this project- cash to close and points and rates to get us the right combination that we were most comfortable with. He presented several scenarios and spent a ton of time on the phone with us to explain everything-all the way thought the end. He also has a great team in place to deal with the paperwork and this was by far the smoothest process in our last 10 real estate purchases! And the property was on the other coast of Florida but Rickie was able to organize everything and stay in touch with our real estate agent and the listing agent to assure them of where we were in the process. There were no surprises. Can't wait to do the next deal with Rickie!!

Rickie was wonderful to work with, as he listened to my concerns and budget needs; he designed various options to choose from for my mortgage. He walked me through the process and provided visual presentations that helped explain all the numbers. I am very grateful for his time and efforts.
