I use this place alot. I know things happen but I spent extra and got the $15 wash and then it didn't dry on my way out today. I actually started to back up because I thought I left the bay too soon! I quickly realized thr next car wash was starting so I got out of the way quick! Normally a 5 star review!
Either the dryer don't work on both side when you go through the automatic car wash and when I told the guy he just says "go through it again", why when it doesn't dry on both sides..smh...he acted like he didn't even care, no wonder they don't call you with concerns sir. the vacuums are hit and miss and doesn't have a lot of suction, the self service foam brushes are worn out and half the time the soap barely comes out. Be careful getting quarters form the machine, it will short you too. The self service machine charged me $10 for 8 mins... Before it was $5 for 10mins... When did this change....?? Or are we being double charged .The old owner kept up with everything way better and was way better with the public..most of the responses to the comments made with in the last year, the owner is very rude and accepts no responsibility of anything going wrong. But you know there isn't too many other places we can go, taking good advantage of that, huh?
High pressure soap function does not put out any soap. Foam brush not putting out any soap. Attendant is just sitting there on a bucket watching people put money in just to be able to rinse their vehicles off. Do not recommend. Last few months this place has done nothing but go down hill fast.
Last two times I have come here tire wash did not work. Spent way too much money for this wash. Not sure what is going on with stalls or products they are using. My car still looks dirty.
The place is starting to look like a self service car was in Jacksonville. Trash on the grounds and not clean like it used to be. The bay I was in looked like the wax spray did not work. The air dryer did not work and the spot free rinse did not work. Sad to see a once very nice clean and working wash go down hill.
