I was here doing work. Everybody from staff and others involved were very nice. It seems like a very peaceful and beautiful place to be. I enjoyed hearing all the excitement from Tennis, pickleball, the kids in school, ect
Amazing place for the residents of River Town. Lots of amenities to enjoy. Pool house, bathrooms, food and drinks, a dock along the river, kayak launch, playgrounds and an outdoor amphitheater. What more can you ask for except there are trails near by in the public area of River town.
RiverTown Amenity Center – RiverHouse is a great hub for the neighborhood with plenty to do for all ages. The pools are a big highlight, with one Olympic‑style lap pool and a zero‑entry resort pool that’s perfect for kids and casual lounging. I really like having the fitness center and yoga studio right on site, plus access to outdoor courts and open green areas, which makes it easy to stay active without leaving the community. The clubhouse itself is spacious and comfortable for gatherings, and it’s nice to have a place where neighbors can meet up for events or just relax together. Overall, it feels like a well‑kept, family‑friendly amenity center that adds a lot of value to living in RiverTown.
Nice tree cover and decent parking, though it can get busy.
Very fun and well kept pool; and a slide?!?!
