Rob Kearney sold our home in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Rob exceeded expectations with his level of service from the initial listing of the home until the day of the closing. Rob went above and beyond helping us manage, stage and move out of the home. Rob’s thoughtful consideration to price and the negotiations process was invaluable. I highly recommend Rob and appreciate the knowledge, experience and passion he brought to the table to help sell our home.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Rob when I purchased my SCC condo. His knowledge of the market and the area helped me feel comfortable in my decision making. His professionalism was apparent not only during the purchasing/closing process, but also carried over afterwards. As a seasonal homeowner I found great comfort that Rob was still looking out for me and my home on a regular basis.

Rob is not just a great Realtor but probably the most knowledgeable person in Real Estate in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. He’s been working in real estate in this area for decades, so he knows the area better than anyone and knows more people than anyone else I know. And, he’s a genuinely nice person who is a pleasure to work with. You’re just not going to find a better Realtor is this area.
