Robert Schwabe, REALTOR - Herron Real Estate

I moved from Seattle and Robert was recommended by another realtor from Naples-he was very responsive, even from long-distance, he helped from afar for several months before I relocated. He went out of his way to find properties that matched my preferences and went with me to view several homes (clearing his schedule so he was available during the times I so needed him, once I finally got here. He asked the right questions-being this is my first home purchase and made a very arduous process as simple as it could be. If you're looking to buy a home in the greater Jacksonville area, I'd highly recommend him. Thanks so much, Robert!! Happy New Home Owner

Rob was great! We had a series of events that caused us to need to find a home ASAP - rent or buy. Rob was great in showing us and walking us through the process for both. We ultimately ending up buying and Rob helped us get the home of our dreams in a crazy market!

Robert was amazing. He cleared his schedule for a week for me when I came from NY to find my home. We were on the road together starting in the morning until late afternoon. He was very organized and had all the places I wanted to see lined up to show. He did all the driving so I could see the areas. The conversations never lagged. He is down to earth, accommodating, and easy to be with. I can’t imagine doing this with anyone else. He was almost excited as I was when an offer was finally accepted on my townhouse. Since moving here he has come over to visit. He checked up on me after the hurricane. I feel like I have made a good friend. If you want or need a realtor you will never find a better one. Truly he is the best.

Robert was very professional, super efficient, and knowledgeable! He put our minds at ease from the very beginning and was quite communicative throughout the whole process. He is very easy-going, yet, will be very proactive and persistent when he works for you!
