We hired root solutions about six months ago after going through a couple of other companies that just did not do the job for us. Root Solutions came in and told us they could help us. And they have helped us. Our yard is looking so much better, beautiful and green. We have any questions they always there to answer or even come out to the house to look at the grass to make sure that we are satisfied and we are very satisfied. They come every five weeks, not every three months like the other companies and when they leave, we feel like there were actual chemicals, put on the grass to help that we have not seen before. Thank you Root Solutions
Amazing lawn company all around!! The lawn service is top tier! You can tell they take pride in their work!! Mike is awesome to talk to and is great with communication! Results are the best you can get!! Best lawn solutions company in Jacksonville!!! 💯
Mike, the owner of Roots Solutions, recently met with several of us residents here in Grand Creek in St. Johns to talk about improving our lawns. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest in his approach. Mike spent hours with us, patiently answering every question and explaining his process in detail. It’s clear he truly cares about delivering quality results and building long-term relationships with the community. I’m hopeful more of our neighbors will take advantage of his services. If you’re looking to support a dependable, hardworking team for lawn and pest treatment, I highly recommend Roots Solutions. Hopefully we can get everyone here at Grand Creek on board!
Year 3 using this company great owner my lawn always end up in top shape he's not an over sells person and he is honest ! I have since recommended him to over 6 families due to his professionalism and expertise This is 3 weeks after spray treatment
I’ve had Mike treat my home whenever I need him. Mind you I don’t live dirty nor with bugs. Somebody ALWAYS brings roaches into my home. 😡 Long story short my kids spent a month at their dads & yes, brought roaches home. 🤦🏻♀️🙄 So I contacted Root Solutions & was set up with an appointment the next day. Today. I’ve never had anyone treat my home other than Mike. Today Brian treated my home. He’s spectacular! Gave me an ETA on when he’d arrive. Asked me what was going on, I told him what happened & he got to work. Treated my home with respect! Knocked on my door to get my attention. I work from home & my office is in my bedroom. He wanted me to walk to my kids room with him, so I knew where treatment was & to keep my kiddos away from it. That is top notch service right there! Let me know to watch my animals for about an hour while the spray drys. I have kitty cats. Then he sprayed outside. All in all, perfect service! Root solutions never disappoints!
