Salomon Services Intense Fitness

Sal, DT and the rest of the staff are fantastic! My children trained at Sal's during high school and now I train with Sal at 67 years of age. Your age, physical condition, or experience with training doesn't matter. Sal and his folks will assess your situation and develop a great program for you. Then they stay with you all along your path. Even if you have injuries, they know how to aid your recovery. Show up, and you will see results!

I go here for Physical Therapy and my Therapist Shanna has helped me so much. I had a broken arm and couldn't even wash my back amongst other things. Shanna worked with me until I had the same mobility and strength I had before the accident. I would definitely recommend them.

My young athlete Love going here. They have learned not just how to properly use exercise equipment but also find themselves challenged every workout with these coaches and trainers. The staff and facilities will raise any athlete to the next level or show any athlete at any level how to improve both on and off the field

I miss Saint Augustine, I miss Florida, I miss my old life. I'm pondering amongst memories of my old life & this gym was amazing and so was Salomon!!! He's such a cool man.
