We recently stayed here for a quick weekend girls trip to the beach. It was very reasonably priced, and less than a half hour to the water. We booked through a third party and did not have any issues with check-in. The gentleman at the front was pleasant and got us checked in quickly. We did interact with a few other staff during our stay and they were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and housekeeping tended to us daily. If you are looking for fancy- this isn't it. But if you're looking for a clean place to sleep for a few nights, that isn't going to cost you a ton- you've come to the right place. We had comfy beds- but each bed only had 2 pillows. We had fresh towels every day, but they were definitely small and a little worn. Our shower had good water pressure, and hot water. I did not notice any evidence of insects, or detect any funky smells. There were a few places to eat nearby. Our room was fine, though it could use some maintenance. The dresser drawers wouldn't close properly, and there was no place to hang our clothes up. If you want a decent place to stay at a good price, I would absolutely recommend this location.

Decent basic room. An 7.5-8 out of 10 for cleanliness. Could have been a bit cleaner but not a deal breaker. Beds were comfy and place was quiet. Great price!
I enjoyed it here the staff are extremely nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and only 1 or 2 bugs in the tub but that was it! I liked the breakfast evan though its small its good! They made me feel safe and I liked it would recommend if your in the area
San Marco - I enjoyed this stay. New floors, new fixtures, good tv size. Felt safe. The property owners here CARE about this property. Its incredibly apparent. Its not perfect but close enough. I am very likely to return in the future. Thank you.
You definitely get what you pay for. The price was phenomenal. The location is convenient to a lot of different things in the Jacksonville area however the neighborhood itself isn't the greatest - this came from a police officer that had to be called because a couple got in to some massive fighting above us and it sounded like the brawl was starting to get physical. We had an idea that this was the case when we walked into our room and anti-trafficking stickers were on the back of the door. That being said, management is paying attention to who is coming in and out of the rooms. They will walk around the parking lot, if need be, to ensure that everyone is safe and protected. They are approachable around the clock should visitors have any needs or concerns. The cleaning staff is also very kind and do a great job.
