We had a top-notch experience working with Garrison as our realtor on the sale of our home Mandarin and purchase of a new home in Ponte Vedra Beach. He listened to everything we were looking for in a new home, and helped us explore remodel potentials to open up additional opportunities, and then walked use through exactly what would need to be done to bring the concept to life. We are midway through construction and couldn’t be happier with the house, location and remodel. The best part is he was able to get above asking on the sale of our other home, allowing more funds to get all the renovations done that we wanted on the new home. He’s listens and is thorough in making sure he’s supporting your goals.

I was the lender for a transaction working with Garrison and had a fantastic experience working with him. Garrison did a great job Communicating with all parties involved as this was a quick closing where the clients switched to me from a different lender and required a high level of collaboration and communication which Garrison provided. Would love to work together again!

Garrison is a true professional, he is a pleasure to work with and takes tremendous care of his clients. Would recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs.

It was a true pleasure working with Garrison and the team in our recent transaction. The communication was very professional, and timely and we got to closing in lightning speed and we're able to get our mutual clients to their beautiful home quickly. I'm looking forward to working with this team in the near future!
