Sarah is THE BEST! We are so thankful to have had her on our side throughout this entire process of buying a new home! She made everything easy to understand and truly effortless. She was available 24/7, always ready to help, and went above and beyond in so many situations. As a younger couple navigating this for the first time, we’re incredibly grateful for her knowledge, patience, and the way she walked us through every single step. Thanks to her guidance, we found our newly built dream home in beautiful Green Cove Springs, Florida in such a short amount of time!! We couldn’t be happier or more appreciative. If you want someone who genuinely cares and makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish, she’s the one!

Sarah is amazing! She worked hard to find us the best home possible at the best price possible. She was always excellent with communication throughout the process and went above and beyond (helping us line up our insurance and mortgage) to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. My family couldn't be happier with our experience.
We purchased a home with Sarah in 2021. We were moving to Florida from Conneticut and needed a real estate agent that was very savy and an expert in the Jacksonville real estate market. Sarah came highly recommended from friends of ours who also used her to buy their home. The home we bought had last minute surprises when we found out that the sellers had built decking over the property line. Sarah was able to negotiate $30,000 off the price to correct the issue which was well over the cost needed. She always had our back and we have already recommended her to our friends and family.
Sarah is a highly professional and knowledgeable realtor in Clay County and an expert in the Fleming Island real estate market. She successfully helped us sell our home in Pace Island while negotiating an acceptable and contingent offer on the home we wanted to buy. Sarah is great with communication and was always very responsive. I would highly recommend Sarah for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
5 stars! Sarah Rothstein is our agent and she did a great job advising us on what we needed to do to prepare our home for showing and making the whole process very smooth and easy. She was always very responsive to our calls, text and emails. Thank you Sarah!
