Our stay at this beachfront condo on Amelia Island was absolutely wonderful! The location could not have been better—just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Amelia Island. We look forward to returning!

We spent 5 days at Ocean Place 84 hosted by Seahorse Amelia Island! Our condo was beautiful with an amazing beachfront view. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away, I highly recommend
Jennifer and Melissa have managed our home for several years. We have been very satisfied with their service. We get five star reviews from every renter. Jennifer and Melissa are always available to handle any issues that arise and they go above and beyond the call of duty in those cases. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a management agent to care for and protect your home and vacation rental business
We had the pleasure of staying at 302 Ketch Corner it was our first trip to Amelia and it was perfect ! Michelle and Jennifer from the management were excellent. The unit was spotless and absolutely beautiful! The oceanfront views and comfortable furnishings made for a lovely stay. The unit had everything you need including a fab coffee maker and comfortable bed! The view from the primary suite is breathtaking. This unit has a large balcony that is covered it’s a great spot for morning coffee and after the beach cocktail!The location is great too not only oceanfront but the charming town of Historic Fernandina is just minutes away and full of fantastic restaurants! Can’t wait to return!
