Seaside Amelia Inn Amelia Island, FL

Had an amazing solo stay in one of the single bed studio rooms! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing fresh towels every day upon request. The amenities here are fantastic. Breakfast buffet every morning, a coffee/espresso machine that’s always working, a lifesaver of a water/ice machine, and a handy lobby store for snacks and gear. My room was clean, the TV worked perfectly, and they provided everything from a hair dryer to lotion and shower toiletries. Best of all, the beach is literally 10 steps away. I would walk back to the hotel to refill water bottle and reapply sunscreen then right back to the beach. PERFECT! For future travelers, just note that immediate food and shopping options are limited. There are only two restaurants within walking distance: one right in front of the hotel on the beach, and Salt Life Food Shack across the street. There is no shopping nearby, and getting downtown is a pretty far 45-minute walk. I took a quick 10-minute Uber ride instead which worked out perfectly. A seamless, safe, and beautiful beach stay!

This place is amazing and situated right in the beach. Staff is excellent, rooms were extremely clean and the location is right next to everything. Only drawback is the parking. If you have a truck or latge SUV it is going to be a hassle to park in the hotel parking if you can at all. Highly recommended!

A fantastic seaside motel. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, and a quick walk to the water. You even get a real key! My only minor complaint is the lack of a microwave in some rooms and the television could use an upgrade.

Not very customer accommodating whatsoever! I booked a two night stay through Expedia. My husband and I took a cruise and planned on stopping back through Amelia Island to finish out our anniversary. Unfortunately, there was a family emergency and I needed to cancel or rebook one nights stay not both nights I booked as I needed to rest after a 9 hour drive. I requested to rebook two weeks out with an additional nights stay and was denied. not two to a later date. I was denied by hotel staff. I understand hotel policy, however, when I requested to rebook one night they should have been a bit more accommodating. With this said I am out 300$ for a night I didn't even get to enjoy. I will be contacting my bank to dispute half the charge in hopes of them being able to help. This hotel is not customer focused.
