I had a great experience at Serene this week for my first visit. I booked their deluxe hydrafacial- it’s a very clean, comfortable and professional environment and my esthetician Reagan was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

First time getting Botox and it was such a great experience! Colleen was amazing—super gentle and made me feel comfortable right away. The whole process was quick and easy! Thank you 🌹
My skin has never looked better! So happy I have chosen to continue to visit them for various treatments and facials. The staff is always warm and welcoming. And Stacy takes amazing care of your skins needs throughout your facial treatment
I can’t say enough about the professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise you experience the moment you walk into Serene. As someone who had never been to a skincare office before, I felt completely at ease. Colleen was knowledgeable, confident, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. It was an excellent experience, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you to Colleen and the entire team.
I had terrible experience at this place. First they overcharged me. Then I saw the girl who did my Botox put the same needles back into the Botox bottle after injecting my face! This doesn’t seem right. Don’t you use that for multiple people?
