Shelley Farmer, Realtor - Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty

Shelly was absolutely wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to help our family find our home in Florida. From the very beginning, she listened to what we were looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication truly set her apart. We’re so grateful for all of her help and highly recommend Shelly to anyone looking for a home in Florida!

We cannot recommend Shelley enough. She was always in communication with us, very professional, will stand her ground where she needs to, very reliable and over all just a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without her. We are very happy with our quick sale and new home purchase!

Shelley is currently managing two of our rental properties. She did a great job assisting us with pricing and sorting through the multiple applications we received in the first week. Shelley offered excellent recommendations on how to prep the property and what we should be responsible for maintaining versus what the tenant will be responsible for. She has been an excellent communicator but honestly, the best part is NOT being called when something is needed. It is so nice knowing that someone is taking care of our investments like we would. She just handles it. We are currently looking to invest in more properties since we see how easy it can be.

Shelley is one of the Top Notch property managers in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. She is above board on all fronts. I come across a lot of property managers who are going through the motions but not Shelley. She is professional, knows every aspect of taking care of a home, dedicated to its care, and just simply the best. I would give her the keys to my house any day of the week. If you want your home taken care of, there is only one person to call — Shelley!
