Sharon knows everything about anatomy and makes it fun to take her classes. But more than that, she really cares and wants to teach us how to live our best lives.
Sharon's classes are the best. The sessions are not just exercise, they are an education. Sharon not only helps her students learn how to do exercise routines, but explains how they are helpful to the maintenance of good health. I always look forward to the hour long lessons as they are always fun; and I can feel their benefits afterwards.
My daughter was 2 when we started lessons with Ms Sharon. She was wonderful with my girl and spent lots of time and patience working with her. She was caring and never rushed when my daughter was not interested or cried. We learned basic tools for swimming and continued to practice even after our lessons ended. We really enjoyed our time with Ms Sharon and would highly recommend her for lessons!
Sharon Smith is a fabulous instructor teacher and Trainor!! if it wasn’t for her, I would never have rehabilitated a hamstring tear And horrific Achilles tendinopathy. she was not only my instructor in the pool. She was my instructor at Daytona State where she certified me in Water Fitness. her class was so informative and fun! I never knew there was so much information in the mechanics of water aerobics besides the actual movement of water until I took this class. I love you, Sharon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am new to northern Florida and new to water aerobics as well. Sharon Smith is an excellent instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the classes productive and entertaining. The one hour class is never dull, and I’m not constantly checking my watch as I would with other exercise routines. I’m extremely pleased that I found Sharon.
